Cancellations received by the registration deadline will be issued a full refund. To cancel your reservation, please contact Debi Bright at RBF, 858 614-5045 or email at dbright@rbf.com. All no-shows without advance cancellation will be invoiced for the event.
The cost for all walk-ins is $40.00 (including members and non-members).
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: Please be diligent to finish the registration process to obtain an Order Number prior to ending the on-line registration. Upon completion of your online registration, you will receive an email from APWA confirming your registration, regardless of your method of payment. If you did not receive an email confirmation, your registration was not fully completed. Please return to the registration page and complete your order.
