Speaker: John Robertus, recently retired Executive Officer, San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board


John Robertus recently retired after serving 14 years as the Executve Officer of the San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Borard. Mr. Robertus also served 28 years USMC combat engineer and facilities engineer officer and has 12 years experience in facilities, utilities and environmental program management. His experience includes operational oversight of hazardous materials and waste management, landfills, water production, sanitary and industrial sewage collection, treatment and disposal. He has pplanned and coordinated environmental cleanup and restoration of over 500 soil, ground water and UST sites. Mr. Robertus also is a Past Post President of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Chapter in Barstow CA.
