The 2009 "Greenbook" is now out. It contains all the latest changes that have been
researched and approved by a 25-member committee, with representatives from the
American Public Works Association, the Associated General Contractors of California,
the Engineering Contractors Association, and the Southern California Contractors
Association.

The Nov 6th workshop will promote the use and understanding of the "Greenbook". Highlight and discuss various general provisions, their relationship to the Public Contract Code &their implementation during contract administration. Discuss how to use the "Greenbook" as the Standard Specifications for most public works projects through proper preparation of complementary special provisions. Improve the consistency and uniformity of special provisions among the various users of the "Greenbook".
